Eric tailors the massage to the needs of the individual by gaining a thorough understanding of each client’s goals before starting the session.  Eric specializes in both relaxation massage and injury specific work.  Drawing on a background in personal training and knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy and physiology, and functional assessment, while also utilizing training as a yoga teacher and energy healer, Eric’s work is a marriage of science and art, a mixture of knowledge and intuition, and an eclectic blend of east meets west.

He is currently attending New England School of Acupuncture.

J received her training from The
Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy where she studied Therapeutic, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Acupressure.  She continued taking classes, one of which was MotherMassage®, a well known prenatal massage technique.  Prenatal massage was such a passion that she was then drawn to become a Labor Doula and now attends births on Cape Cod in the off season. 

J's massage clients return to her for her strong yet nurturing touch along with her attention to detail and specific work.

Lorna is a graduate of the Center of Advanced Therapeutics in Denver, Colorado. She specializes in injury treatment for acute and chronic pain, utilizing her training in neuromuscular, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Deep tissue, pregnancy and swedish massage are also available. Lorna is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). She moved to Cape Cod in 2000. Lorna has also studied Thai massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand, Reflexology, Chinese Cupping massage and Hot Stone massage -- which may be requested or incorporated into your treatment.

In private practice in Colorado, as well as on Cape Cod, she has treated clients with whiplash, lower back pain, thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel and sciatica to name a few. She continues to expand her skills through ongoing education and training throughout the country.
