What We Do

We are a Wellness Center dedicated to offering you the tools for your healthiest life.  We offer many services including acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage along with classes such as many types of yoga, pilates, thai chi, and aerobics.  We also have workshops that explore many things from hula hooping to chi gong!  Our schedule comes out monthly so please check back regularly.
